Classmate: So, what did you do in your holidays?
Me: Went to a Linkin Park concert.
Classmate: Oh, that's right, how was it?
Me: Best day/night of my life.
Classmate: Mhm, their new music sucks.
Me: Why? And I have to disagree with you.
Classmate: They're just not the old LP anymore.
Me: Oh, so you know their old songs, like all of them?
Classmate: No, I just know some, like Faint and Numb.
Me: And you think you can judge them because you know like two old songs?
Classmate: I never said that.
Me: Well, you said that their new music sucks.
Classmate: I just say their old stuff was better.
Me: And I say you can't argue with me, go and listen to their old stuff, all the old songs and then you can talk with me about this.
Classmate: But their new music is different.
Me: Even if it is, the people behind the music are still the same. They're still caring for their fans, they still make incredible music, you probably only know Waiting For The End and The Catalyst. Take time to listen to their whole new record. And let's be honest, if they still would do music like on Meteora then people like you would say they suck because they're not trying something new.

I mean, I love their new record and a person like this, who does know just 2 songs cant really say the new record is bad but IF someone just thinks the new record isnt that good, thats his or her opinion and he or her can think that eventhought some like me DONT agree
